The global Employee Learning & Development (ELD) team develops results-driven and inclusive employees, leaders, & teams with the critical approaches, behaviors, & skills needed to enable Salesforce’s growth, profitability, and customer success in a healthy and balanced way. The ELD team designs and delivers development programs, owns the global coaching philosophy and related services, deploys a range of resources to equip teams for success, and builds communities of practice for Salesforce executives to connect and grow. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support Lead to join our Employee Learning Development team. As the Operations Support Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and coordination of activities related to our Salesforce for Salesforce (S4S) programs, with a focus on Coaching, Mentoring, and Team Development. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of these programs, acting as the principal engagement point with other Operations’ functions. Additionally, you will oversee the collection of data, support the Program Manager with implementation and ongoing support needs, and assist in the roll-out of processes and systems. Reporting and analysis, as well as the creation of process documentation where necessary, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and coordination of activities related to the Salesforce for Salesforce (S4S) programs in Employee Learning Development.
  • Provide operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the programs.
  • Act as the principal engagement point with other Operations’ functions, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Oversee the collection of data related to the programs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the Coaching, Mentoring & Teaming leads with implementation and ongoing support needs.
  • Support the roll-out of processes and systems, ensuring adherence and efficiency.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Create process documentation where necessary to ensure clarity and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations’ support, preferably in the learning and development space.
  • Demonstrable interest in coaching and mentoring, preferably with a coaching qualification.
  • Comfortable with facilitating team events to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, coordinating global events and engaging with stakeholders across different locations.
  • Passion for technology and a practical interest in the application of AI to Learning and Development is a plus.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $125,200.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
