Learning & Development Coordinator

As a full-time, nonexempt, Learning & Development Coordinator with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will provide support for the LMS and corporate education & training administrators in the building of training programs for general staff (pharmacy & non-pharmacy). This position will interface with customers regularly and provide technical support as needed for the Learning & Development team.

Schedule:This full time, nonexempt position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, day shift, with additional hours required to accommodate other time zones and work, as needed.


Provide ongoing support for the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

  • Troubleshoot & resolve LMS related technical problems 
  • Monitor & respond to LMS user issues / problems via the Rx Education Inbox
  • General support as needed, e.g., password resets, provision of activation codes, etc.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve technical problems as they arise 
  • Build and publish ACPE & non-CE courses to the LMS 
  • Modify / update LMS interface as needed
  • Build and maintain training program pages and resource pages 
  • Update LMS home page with recently published courses & upcoming webinars
  • Data upkeep, e.g., account deactivation, etc. 
  • Data Analytics, running / creating custom reports

Provide ongoing support for the corporate education & training administrator on:

  • Performing training needs assessment
  • LMS report production as directed
  • Monitoring ACPE courses that are expiring & collaborating with clinical team to update them in advance
  • Create LMS teasers / descriptions & generate enrollment codes for live webinars
  • Maintain / update files for the DOPS guidance document as directed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year experience providing LMS back end administration and technical support
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and video editing software 
  • Experience with learning technologies including, web meeting platforms, learning management systems (LMS/LXP), SharePoint, MS Teams, etc
