Ingenovis Health is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to provide high-quality support to the Training and Development team by managing the Learning Management System (LMS). The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator works closely with the Training and Development team to drive employee development through instructor-led and technology-based training.

Responsibilities 

  • Upload, publish, create, manage, test, and assign content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assist in creating instructor-led training, self-paced modules, videos, knowledge checks, surveys, and training resources within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create and manage learning campaigns within the LMS
  • Build and organize complex curriculums and programs in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Responds to and troubleshoots inquiries related to training course issues
  • Creates and manages end-user logins as needed
  • Manage enrollment, rosters, and end-user transcripts
  • Accurately pull and manage LMS reporting as needed
  • Support training coordination with additional departments, including but not limited to human resources, finance, talent acquisition, and payroll
  • Participate in user acceptance testing when necessary
  • Assist the team with additional tasks outside of the LMS, as needed
  • Understand and share training communication with your organization
  • Assist with various back-office HRIS tasks including, but not limited to, account creation and management, training enrollment management, subscription access management, training credit management, and training case submission
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management
  • Travel approx. 1-2x a year

Requirements and Experience 

  • High school diploma or its equivalent: Four (4) year degree in business or another related field preferred
  • Prior work experience in the healthcare or staffing environment preferred
  • Experience with the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills working independently and multi-tasking skills working in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy & advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle service issues with integrity, skill, and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality during high-stress situations
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all staff levels
  • Ability to use tact, discretion, and independent judgment to analyze and resolve work problems
  • Displays a strong sense of urgency with the ability to self-motivate and remain flexible

Compensation Range

$51,700.00 – $64,600.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
