Coordinator, Learning & Development

The Coordinator of Learning & Development will support the design, implementation and management of various learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and inspire behavioural change among our employees. This role will support the management of Four Seasons Learning technologies and the planning and execution of Four Seasons in person and/or virtual leadership programming. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, leadership development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

General Administrative Duties

  • Collaborate on the creation, delivery and maintenance of Four Seasons Learning programming, including overseeing the Learning & Development portal.
  • Working with the Director, Leadership Development, manage the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in person Leadership Development programs for a global audience, including coordinating with off-site facilities to create amazing participant experiences.
  • Support the management of Four Seasons Learning technologies, including testing courses and supporting questions and inquiries from the field in partnership with Manager, Global Technology Training.
  • Manage the administration of various supporting Leadership Development tools and technologies (e.g., Coaching and Assessment platforms), supporting questions and inquiries from the field, processing invoices and monitoring usage
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of Learning and Leadership programming communications, including but not limited to monthly newsletters, global webinars, and pre/post program communications.
  • Assist with the design, collection, and analysis of the Learning Success Levels.
  • Assist with the design, collection, and analysis of program feedback.

Field Engagement & Support

  • Address learning-related inquiries from Area Directors and Regional Learning & Development Managers.
  • Manage database of global Learning & Development Managers and organize corporate-field engagement activities.
  • Assist with regular engagement with managers across the company to inspire action and highlight ongoing Leadership Development initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a asset.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Learning Technology proficient: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other technologies used in training delivery.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Program Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating learning and development programs, including high-touch leadership programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge Management: Organizes and maintains a repository of learning resources and best practices to support ongoing learning and development efforts.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Develops and implements evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
