The Manager, Learning & Performance is responsible for implementing an outcome-focused approach to organizational learning. The Manager works with the Director, Learning and Performance and collaborates with a team of learning professionals to align learning solutions to business strategy, assess learning gaps and estimate value, manage the design of learning experiences, execute and scale effectively, and measure the impact of learning on business results. The Manager’s planning, oversight, and execution of learning programs and initiatives strengthen onboarding for new hires and ongoing capability development, compliance, and performance at Kensington Tours.
