Job Summary

Position is eligible to work in the Omaha office or any of our retail offices.  Position is eligible for hybrid work- Incumbent must work a percentage of their time weekly in the office.

FCSAmerica is seeking a Customer Education Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of immersive programs that enhance customers’ overall financial acumen and supports the organization’s go-to-market strategy with resources that add value in the marketplace. You will be responsible for the continual improvement of existing programs, as well as the creation of new initiatives, that create an immersive experience for today’s agricultural producer. Working collaboratively across sales, marketing, sales enablement, product management, and others to ensure a consistent approach and reach across delivery channels. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to drive continual improvement and inform what to start, stop, and evolve. You will need to influence, drive decision making, think strategically, effectively communicate, and challenge constructively. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the planning and execution of new and existing customer education programs. 

  • Identify learning objectives and develop program strategy, concepts, proprietary content, agendas, and budgets.  
  • Lead planning groups and sessions to source ideas, understand marketplace needs, and align programs to business strategy. 
  • Lead annual planning cycles for high impact experiences (e.g. Side by Side, GrowingOn, Executive Summit, etc.) that require broad collaboration and detailed execution. 

Design and develop adult education that drives competitive advantages for sales teams, contributes to thought leadership in the marketplace, and ensures an unrivaled customer experience. 

  • Develop, source, and integrate materials, presentations, content, curriculum necessary for the execution of customer education strategies.  
  • Collaboratively identify internal and external subject matter experts to provide professional insight. 
  • Leverage expertise in the development, deployment and scaling of the Associations’ existing customer education programs. 
  • Collaborate with the sponsors of customer facing events to determine objectives, target audience, content, and experience design. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of customer education programs by monitoring and analyzing KPIs in alignment with program and organization strategy. 

Education Requirements

  • Preferred, 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree, Agriculture, Business, Education, or related field. 

Years of Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of experience, Professional experience designing and managing adult education programs, preferably in agriculture and/or financial services.
