Position

Fresh offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York Office.

Your Impact to the role:

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and assess learning and development needs in order to design and implement training solutions, both in house and externally to meet specific training requirements (ie, management & leadership skills, effective meetings, cross-cultural communication, project management, finance accountability, coaching, effective presentations, etc.)
  • Partner with TD/HRBP leadership in shaping the overall learning strategy for HQ, NA, and Global Markets to deliver the necessary programs
  • Create training documents such as course materials, presentation materials, and resources
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts in the business to create in-house training modules, reflective of skills, learning, and needs
  • Ensure company training objectives are met and monitor, track, analyze, and report effectiveness of programs to provide evolving recommendations for enhancements. Ensure trainings align with the Company’s/Department’s goals and objectives
  • Offer expertise in relation to the LVMH training catalogue and manage enrollment for fresh employees
  • Support our employee engagement survey process, data analysis, presentation building, results communication, and action planning initiatives with leaders

  • Evolve the Fresh training offer and build a Fresh curriculum
  • Build strong reputation and trust among the leadership team and the larger Fresh workforce
  • Successfully roll-out year-1 TD strategy actions
  • Complete the global OMR

Profile

Who You Are

You have:

  • 7+ Years of Experience Required in implementing learning and development programs

You are:

  • Passionate about developing talents

You possess:

  • Demonstrated success in building curriculum
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior decision makers
  • Strong live facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Knowledge of employee learning & development technologies and courses
  • The ability and interest in delivering in-house training
  • Strong people skills and empathy
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Curiosity in deeply understanding business needs and building talent strategies to support them
