Overview
The LMS Administrator/eLearning Developer role is a unique opportunity to blend technical and creative skillsets to support Clark Training and Development’s mission to provide all employees with high quality training resources. You will have complete ownership for managing and maintaining Clark’s online learning platform (LMS) to ensure optimal efficiency and ease of use across the enterprise. Additionally, you will drive the development of engaging and professional eLearning and serve as a bridge between the T&D team and a variety of key stakeholders.
This position is full-time and located in Lititz, PA, but is hybrid-friendly for those within a 2-hour driving radius.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage Clark’s Learning Management System
Serve as the T&D lead in eLearning course ideation, design, and development processes, communicating effectively with stakeholders including T&D, Video, and Design teams
