Join our dynamic team as Global Leadership and Talent Development Senior Manager, spearheading enterprise-wide strategies to nurture and empower our workforce. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organization Effectiveness, in this role, you’ll collaborate with senior executives, talent management, HR business partners, DEI, and talent acquisition to translate business objectives into innovative talent development practices. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing performance processes, and designing tailored leadership development experiences. You’ll conduct needs analyses, lead learning program design and deployment, and assess ROI to ensure program effectiveness. Thought leadership and staying abreast of industry trends are essential. Additionally, you’ll oversee learning management systems and facilitate various development programs. Bring your expertise and passion for cultivating talent to drive our organization’s success.
