Duties & Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with faculty and SMEs on designs, develops, and implements immersive and interactive learning experiences that align with instructional goals.
  • They collaborate with subject matter experts, integrate adult learning theories to ensure the effective delivery of courses, and continuously evaluate and improve.
  • The role involves facilitating sessions, providing technical support, and staying updated on instructional trends and technologies.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 3 years of experience

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
