This role requires experience with creative storytelling, interviewing, and online learning pedagogy, focusing on being able to take relatively complex subjects and explain them in the context of an engaging story, rather than a lecture.
Your interests in teaching, technology, and psychology intersect in a way that’s always made it hard for you to pick a lane; that’s why you’d be a shoe-in for the Training Specialist role at Swoogo. You’ll work with the Manager of Product Enablement to identify the skills, knowledge, and aptitude gaps among our customers and employees to create learning experiences for all types of learners at every possible level.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Training Specialist who can help us build and run our external customer training function at Swoogo. You’ll be an expert in and responsible for getting our customers up and running fast, as well as providing ongoing Swoogo knowledge through deep dive training sessions, webinars, etc. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to help build a stellar training program from the ground up. You’ll play an integral role in not only developing Swoogo’s training curriculum but also in crafting and developing systems and processes that the program will run on. This position will report to the Manager of Product Enablement and is fully remote.
