Learning and Development Intern
Overview
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern! This internship opportunity is ideal for a student interested in the adult learning industry. The L&D intern will be responsible for assisting with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course development, and documentation. This role will provide hands-on experience that will enhance communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including user management, course uploads, and troubleshooting.
- Support documentation efforts related to training materials, procedures, and policies.
- Contribute to course development activities, such as content creation, storyboarding, and quality assurance.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, which may include data entry, meeting coordination, and research.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience with LMS administration or course development is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong internet research skills
- Ability to conduct interviews with experts
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Premier, etc.)
- Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.)
