We are seeking a CTY Instructional Lead to support academically advanced students enrolled in CTY courses. They have a primary placement in a program unit (in-person, online, or integrated programs), but are expected to teach courses across units as needed. Instructional Leads teach, communicate with students and families, engage in curriculum development and course maintenance, and supervise other instructors in their area of content expertise. The percentage of effort dedicated to each of these major responsibilities varies based on evolving needs of the program. Teaching assignments (course titles and program modality) also vary based on evolving program needs. The current opening is for a CTY Instructional Lead for Science with a primary placement in Online Experiences.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Instruction (typically 25-50%)

Curriculum Development & Course Maintenance (typically 10% – 35%)
Specific Physical Requirements:
Ability to access and transmit information using a computer; dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse pad and other office machinery; the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly via email, telephone, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and possibly face to face with internal and external audiences and must be able to exchange accurate and timely information in these settings.
