We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Manager of Curriculum Trainers based remotely nationwide reporting to the Vice President of Professional Service. Does this sound like you? As part of our PreK-12 and Intervention business, you’ll be part of a team that deliver robust support for digital tools, curriculum and learning solutions in a variety of formats that are used by millions of educators and students every day. 

This position is remote and will require ~30% travel.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining a cadre of curriculum trainers (per diem workers).
  • Ensuring consulting trainers have the skills and tools to conduct professional development and in-service training of all products for new and current users.
  • Manage a process for training and certification for the curriculum training force.
  • Coordinating with Professional Learning Directors and schedulers to fulfill request that require consulting trainers.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all products.
  • Build strong relationships with the training and implementation teams.
  • Communicate with Budget stakeholders to cover work within budgets targets.
  • Partners with Admin Manager, Training Manager and other teams to maintain relationship with Adecco.
  • Collect Data and report to leadership teams about curriculum trainer usage and success.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five plus years of teaching experience.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and online/web-based tools.
  • Must have versatile technology skills.
  • Must be able to travel overnight on occasion (~30%).
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must live near an airport.
  • Previous experience with curriculum development and selection preferred.
  • Can develop rapport with an audience and effectively and strategically respond to audience questions.
  • Previous teaching experience with McGraw Hill Programs a plus.

The pay range for this position is between $70,000-$85,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
