Brief Overview:

Amwell is seeking a motivated, dynamic, results oriented and collaborative LMS Administrator with exceptional Project Management and Reporting skills to join the Talent Management and Learning Team. This role will be directly responsible for supporting DHA Client and will report to the Head of Talent Management and Learning. 

Core Responsibilities:

The LMS Administrator will be directly accountable for daily management and administration of the LMS system (Content, User, Troubleshooting), which will also include exceptional Project Management to proactively communicate with stakeholders, produce reports and analytics, and day-to-day user support and responsiveness, and troubleshooting. 

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration 

  • Accountable for day-to-day LMS Administration, which includes Content Management, User Management, Troubleshooting and Support to Users, Learning Evaluation, Data Reporting (pulling reports, and creating reports for the Head of Talent Management and Learning), distributing Reports to appropriate stakeholder groups.
  • Respond to ongoing questions and troubleshoot to ensure quick and proactive resolution and customer support, which includes daily interaction with learners, responding to emails, troubleshooting, and providing solutions / resolving issues (within same day, no delays). 
  • In partnership with Amwell “Learning Operations Coordinator”, collaborate and consult, regularly review system releases, determine potential impacts, and coordinate actions to further assess and prepare for the impacts across all LMS features.
  • Perform work of a very detailed nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

Reporting 

This role requires someone who is highly accountable, highly responsive, detailed oriented and pays attention to quality and accuracy of data. Exceptional knowledge and mastery of the Excel is critical requirements. Proactive, and excellent in engaging and supporting multiple stakeholders, and able to effectively coordinate across various projects and priorities to deliver results.   

  • Create, generate, and distribute a variety of standard and custom/ad-hoc reports; manage the generation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Proactively, regularly prepare reports and deliver on time to the Head of Talent Management and Learning. 
  • Monitor training completion, review Learning Satisfaction feedback, provide thoughtful insights about areas of strength and opportunity.

Learning Implementation Project Management  

  • Manage: project manage (have clear plans for learning implementation to deploy for end-users) – coordinate, support logistics and other necessary activities for successfully delivering learning (e.g., timeline, enrollment rules, participants registration and participation, notifications, follow-up communication, reporting).
  • Execute: in partnership with the Head of Talent Management and Learning and Learning Experience Designer, this role is accountable for successfully managing and deploying Learning Content via Learning Management Systems. Proactive and thoughtful engagement to deliver excellence with no GAPS for the Client.  
  • Evaluate: create, administer, and manage learning effectiveness and satisfaction surveys; deploy, gather, and analyze results; proactively monitor learning completion, raise “red flags” as needed to ensure programming stays on track, as per the expectations outlined. 
  • Knowledge Management: Follow Amwell practices to ensure ALL learning content is properly managed, stored, and kept up to date for validity and accuracy.

The typical base salary range for this position is $$55,440-$76,230. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
