Position Overview

The LMS administrator is responsible for the operational performance of our Cornerstone LMS.  This includes maintaining system data, managing learning objects and assignments, and reporting.  Additionally, this person will be required to build solid relationships with other teams in the organization to understand internal customer requirements and provide efficient and effective solutions.  This position reports up through the Talent and Org. Development (T&OD) function of Human Resources. 

What you’ll do:

• Maximize, manage and maintain our Cornerstone LMS, ensuring solutions are designed and developed to perform as intended and deliver a best in class experience.
• Provide learning data analytics – maintain reports, proactively leverage data to surface and identify opportunities to recommend, propose solutions, and present findings to learning and development leadership.
• Interface with various teams within the organization to understand their needs, document requirements, and collaborate in the design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation of the solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of communication plans related to the implementation of new systems, enhancements, and/or process changes.
• Provide weekly, monthly and on demand reporting for internal customers.
• Determine creative solutions to meet changing demands.
• Coordinate training activities as need for Instructor-Led Training.

Skills We Are Seeking

• High School or equivalent required
• 1 – 3 years LMS management experience preferably Cornerstone
• Confident communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Advanced organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Excel knowledge to analyze and format report data utilizing V-Lookup, Pivot tables and charts
