As an LMS Administrator on the People Services team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion, and other essential metrics
  • Manage LMS-related projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with technical inquires promptly, including the maintenance and creation of Workday job aids
  • Upload, organize, and update learning content within the LMS following established governance
  • Conduct training sessions for LMS users, including both learning administrators and general learners

(Required qualifications)

Experience:

  • 3+ years as an LMS Administrator with strong technical skills (Workday preferred)

Skills:

  • Familiarity with e-learning standards; Self-starter with ability to work autonomously with minimal support; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work well under pressure

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Schedule / in-office requirements:

  • Remote with <5% travel
