If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Training Manager to join our team located in Jacksonville, IL.
Your Role:
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of trainers and developing training curriculum for new hires and existing production personnel. In addition, you will have the opportunity to facilitate leadership development training across all levels of the organization. The Training Manager will lead programs and initiatives designed to engage and retain employees. You will collaborate with the Human Resources and Production teams to align on hiring and staffing targets. Also, you will lead upskill programs to develop our production floor leaders, enhance the new hire experience, and manage the criteria related to our job level progression career program.
