Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented eLearning Multimedia Developer to join our team in the creation of engaging and interactive educational content. The eLearning Multimedia Developer will be responsible for developing multimedia elements, including videos, animations, and interactive modules, for use in online courses and other educational materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia development and a proven track record of creating high-quality, effective educational content. You should be highly skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and interactive design, and be comfortable working with a variety of multimedia tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia elements, including videos, animations, and interactive modules, for use in online courses and other educational materials
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for use in eLearning materials
• Create animations and interactive elements using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Articulate Storyline
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure that all multimedia elements align with course objectives and learning outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning multimedia development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia development, instructional design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and motion graphics tools, such as Adobe After Effects
• Experience with interactive design tools, such as Articulate Storyline, is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
