Training Coordinator VBC is responsible for supporting the onboarding and general orientation of all value-based care employees and helping develop the training products for ongoing education and supporting training extensions to the practice partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make sure all employees are setup with their IT equipment, access to operational platforms, and receive notifications about their orientation tools and agenda.
  • Support the education team to launch and new collateral or workflow developments across orientations and existing VBC employees.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes.
  • Perform the training in general orientation and any additional workflow education.
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step in their career path.
  • Video record new trainings to upload into the learning management systems.
  • Evaluate appropriate videos and tools are updated into the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and checklists to support each onboarding group and ongoing competency checklists.
  • Responsible for delivering and tracking post-training survey responses and improving educational materials for future classes.
  • Track learning management system staff compliance and due dates across the national group and send out reminds to our operational leaders when employees are out of compliance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Competent in MS Office Suite.
  • Expert in Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Consults and provides advice, facilitates discussion, and resolves conflict; establishes trust; builds and uses cross-functional relationships to accomplish work objectives.
  • Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision.

This role has a salary range of $29-$32 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
