Job Description 

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Provide expertise on learning and development activities to ensure practices are embedded in all elements of our associate lifecycle — talent attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, well-being, and communication 
  • Own learning roadmap for all leader level trainings and educational programs 
  • Develop digitally led L&D content, trainings, resources, and workshops that are not necessarily addressed by other learning and development initiatives for specific needs 
  • Identify learning gaps, consult on systems and process improvements, and provide expertise and resources to help programs design training and resources
  • Track, report, and evaluate training programs for participation and effectiveness; make recommendations to improve offerings
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend external training partners and manage their selection, performance, and budgets as well as integration into existing learning roadmap and systems
  • Contribute to the development of L&D focused facilitation capabilities across the organization by conducting train-the-trainer sessions, maintaining facilitation guides, and coaching facilitators, as needed 
  • Consult with EMEA and APAC Home Offices on globally aligned, regionally specific associate learning opportunities
  • Stay current on evolving developmental needs and ways of working through internal listening and external benchmarking

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • 5+ years of corporate experience in learning, instructional design, and development or equivalent 
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills at all leadership levels
  • Ability to build strong relationships 
  • Strong project management and organization skills 
  • Event planning and program management skills preferred  
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of internal/external stakeholders and in turn develop thoughtful solutions
