Senior Project Management
Managing multiple projects, the Senior Project Manager holds 7+ years of experience, with experience in managing larger projects and leading teams of Project Mangers. Responsible for managing all aspects of projects to include interfacing with customer stakeholders and Supplier project team members to serve as the single point of accountability for assigned projects. Responsible to manage project deliverables and to communicate and update project status with HSBC to include management of budget for assigned project(s).

Essential duties include:

  • To be the single point of accountability for multiple projects, directing and controlling all projects and related activities to meet customer expectations and the budgeted financial objectives tied to projects.
  • To schedule and initiate projects and ensure that the proper communication channels are available and used throughout the project by all parties.
  • To prepare a detailed schedule for the project and update as necessary; ensuring critical issues including project changes, market changes and personnel changes are managed and communicated following the Change Procedure.
  • To identify and document risks and assumptions and discuss ways to minimize risks for multiple projects
  • Tracking and follow up with deployment of functional priorities, at both site & project level
  • Put governance approach and relevant documentation in place
  • Identify risk and escalate whenever appropriate
