Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, this role is responsible for delivering technical training and educational programs to internal and external customers.
  • Provides subject matter expertise for technical training and/or professional development curriculum.
  • The Technical Instructor is responsible for supporting the instructional design process, including design/redesign, execution, and success metrics.
  • Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps such as CPI/EJCS data as well as incorporating PSL established competencies.
  • Assesses employee needs and assists in the as-needed adaptation of training program materials, ensuring training content aligns appropriately to the learning style of the audience and addresses performance gaps for the Product Service Lines and Support Organizations.

Qualifications:

  • This role requires completion of a high school diploma as a minimum.
  • 4+ years of experience relating to product service line operations, including curriculum development or training.
  • Traveling is a requirement.
