About the Role:

The Learning Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing educational initiatives that enhance the competency and performance of our teams. This role involves designing, creating, and delivering high-quality eLearning materials and instructor led courses that align with our cutting-edge data security solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging and effective eLearning modules and instructional materials using a variety of multimedia and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and translate technical information into instructional content.
  • Implement instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create innovative learning solutions.
  • Manage the full life cycle of learning content development, from conceptualization through to delivery and ongoing refinement.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes, adapting content as needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in eLearning and instructional design to ensure DataStealth remains at the cutting edge of educational development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eLearning development or instructional design, preferably in a tech or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise is highly preferred; experience with other multimedia tools that enhance capabilities will be considered.
  • Experience creating short educational or explainer videos, with a preference for proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Experience with learning management system (LMS) administration is valuable; proficiency with Moodle is particularly advantageous, as it is our primary platform for course management and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them to the design of instructional content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with SMEs and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
