As Chick-fil-A continues to grow, the scope, scale and digital infrastructure of our L&D ecosystem must keep up with the pace of change and meet the modern-day learner where they are, with what they need and when they need it. The Digital Learning Team is responsible for the digital learning transformation at Chick-fil-A – redefining and modernizing how we approach learning and how our audiences experience learning, ultimately accelerating individual and collective growth and development at Chick-fil-A.

The Learning Platform Administrator is responsible for maintaining current digital learning platform administration, structure, maintenance and issue resolution. He/she is also responsible for supporting, consulting and training to platform authoring and content structure.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, and improve opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies for digital learning and content platforms
  • Manages the access, organization, and structure of all digital learning platforms
  • Provides prompt troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in and accessing courses/content
  • Ensures daily up-time performance of platforms and manages issues with vendors as needed
  • Serves as first point of escalation and triage for support issues, which may include interaction with vendor or vendor support services
  • Creates user logins as needed, with DTT support where appropriate, and manages user permissions within L&D governance policies
  • Manages content catalog entries, tags and associations in the platform to ensure standards and conventions are followed, and offerings are up to date, notifying audience leads and product owners as needed
  • Liaises between Field, Staff, Digital Learning, and other CFA organizations (including DTT, Support Now, Nontraditional Restaurants, and Corp Comm) pertaining to the performance of platforms, including CFA HELP ticket management, Learning & Development program support, content authoring, publishing support and platform enhancements
  • Creates skeleton learning pathways/journeys and plans or templates on behalf of L&D and functional partners, and upskills teams to best practices
  • Liaises with platform vendors and DTT on platform operations, issue escalation, resolution and maintenance
  • Creates authoring and administration documentation and guides, continually building L&D’s knowledge base, and trains new learning professionals and functional administrators
  • Support generating reports on platform analytics in partnership with the Sr. Project Lead, Digital Learning Platforms
  • Facilitates generation of custom back-end reports based on program needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate and lead projects

  • Self-starter who completes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities
