Job Summary:
Join the Colorado School of Public Health as the Learning Management System (LMS) & Web Coordinator. This position is a key member of the school’s Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center (RM-PHTC) and will be responsible for LMS and registration coordination, as well as web development duties. This position will be part of a diverse multidisciplinary team, requiring effective organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate takes personal initiative to be highly organized and adept at implementing and following processes, adapting as project priorities shift.
The LMS & Web Coordinator will create learning event registrations in Course Merchant, update and maintain the RM-PHTC’s websites, manage users in the LMS, and provide data collection and dissemination for learning events provided by the center. Functions include creating course templates and offerings for use by the Instructional Design team, creating and enrolling users, monitoring registrations and waitlists, coordinating pending payments with financial staff, and creating reports from system data

Hybrid – This position is located on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule with at least two days of the week that can be worked from home.

Anticipated Salary Range:
The starting target salary for this position has been established as:
Intermediate Professional: $57,000 – $60,000
Senior Professional: $60,000 – $65,000
The above salary represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
