The Scaled Customer Experience team provides value at scale for all of our users and customers through well-crafted learning experiences, campaigns, and resources to ensure their success. We use digital, live, and on-demand methods to connect Miro customers to the best practices that will help them build the next big thing. Our team combines the best of automated, experiment-driven digital connection with innovative learning content that delivers both substance and delight directly to our users.

About the Role

We’re looking for a learning experience designer (LXD) to craft engaging videos, courses, and other types of learning experiences for our Miro users, admins, and customers. You’ll collaborate daily with learning multimedia designers and facilitators to create content that deepens the Miro user experience, from supporting important metrics like adoption and retention to contributing to cross-functional projects that deliver holistic value to our customers.

What you’ll do

  • Design on-demand learning experiences for Miro users across a variety of personas, roles, tasks, skills, and capabilities
  • Generate and optimize curriculum paths to deepen user skill development and confidence building
  • Support the Miro Academy team with expert use of our learning management platform
  • Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects as a learning expert and content contributors

What you’ll need

  • Combined 5+ years of experience building technical educational content using instructional design methodologies with a minimum of 2 years crafting educational content for SaaS
  • Expertise in applying adult learning best practices to “edutainment” style content
  • Passion for supporting the customer experience in creative ways at scale 
  • Experience working with cross functional partners and content SMEs, especially within Product, Platform & Integrations, Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and eLearning Authoring Tools, such as Articulate Rise 360, Evolve, Captivate, etc. to author learning content
  • Experience with corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Cornerstone, Skilljar, Thought Industries, TalentLMS, Lessonly, etc
  • Experience with digital credentialing platforms such as Credly, Accredible, or Badgr is a plus
