Who are we looking for:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in leading, shaping, and enhancing our learning initiatives, TF Academy, and contributing to the continuous professional development of our studio members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult learning, skilled in curriculum design, and adept at implementing educational programs that align with our strategic objectives and industry standards.

What you will do:

  • TF Academy: Support the implementation and success of TF Academy.
  • Curriculum Development: Support the design and development of engaging and effective learning programs and materials for TF Academy, identifying key learning objectives and selecting appropriate instructional methodologies.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure TF Academy supports the studio’s business goals and objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives for the adoption and ongoing enhancement of TF Academy, facilitating its integration into our culture.
  • Instructor Collaboration: Select and work with both internal and external instructors and experts, ensuring they understand and can achieve the program’s objectives.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of the program’s effectiveness, implementing strategies to assess learning outcomes and their impact on the studio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, reporting on progress and value of the learning initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement improvements and innovations in the program, staying abreast of trends in adult learning and development.
  • Accreditation and Professional Development: Align TF Academy and other learning programs with professional accreditation requirements to support continuous education for our team.
  • Program Administration: Assist in the administration and coordination of TF Academy and other learning initiatives, ensuring smooth operation and logistics.

What you will bring:

  • Degree or certification in Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years), in developing and leading learning and development programs, using Adult Learning Principles, within a corporate or professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, curriculum development, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience with change management and strategic planning in relation to educational programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
