The primary business of Currie Associates is to provide, on a worldwide basis, hazardous materials and dangerous goods shipping, consulting, hazmat training and auditing services. The company also prepares customized publications and training programs in addition to publishing a large library of compliance guides and training programs (covering 49 CFR, IMDG Code, ICAO, ADR, Transport Dangerous Goods (TDG) Canada, OSHA, HazCom, and other regulations).

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assist in completing updates to existing and development of new training courses to include interactive slides, animation, exercises and activities, assessments and quizzes.
  • Use procedures and checklists to finalize courses.
  • Publish, test, and edit as well as conduct quality checks for technical issues within the course.
  •  Maintain consistent file naming/saving convention for all courses.
  •  Responsible for troubleshooting client and user issues with e-Learning training courses and documenting known issues and resolutions.
  • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have experience with Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office products
  • Some experience with Adobe Standard, Adobe Captivate and AI Software (Murf) is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (timing, due dates, and files) in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently.
  • Strong project management communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  •  Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment where deliverables and timelines must be
    met.
  • Ability to maintain professional and positive attitude.
