Job Description

Tthe Global Learning & Development Intern will support the administration and coordination of all Global Learning and Development programming. These include in-person and virtual offerings as well as micro-learnings, communications and marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences. 

Dates: This position will begin on June 3rd and end on August 9th. Candidates are asked to be available to work for the entire 10-week program.

Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities

Support and coordinate Global Learning & Development learning offerings (in-person and virtual). 

Complete administrative tasks in support of Global Learning & Development offerings (Invoicing, proofreading, testing, etc.). 

Communications and Marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences, as well as reinforcement messages to support goals of job application and insight sharing. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong problem solver, solution oriented, and agile 
  • Possess a growth mindset 
  • Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

 Preferred:

  • Project management experience 
  • Oracle experience 
  • Canva or Illustrator experience 
  • Comfortable presenting to large crowds
