Job Description:
Cambria’s Instructional Designer is responsible for creating learning experiences that align to identified objectives and audience. This is completed through consultation, needs analysis, and strong partnerships with subject matter experts. Content curation will be implemented through a range of formats and multimedia production platforms. The Instructional Designer will manage the overall development process through to implementation, evaluation and maintaining content. Other responsibilities may include reshaping content, developing assessments and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in adult learning, teaching and/or workshop facilitation with a passion for creating learning experiences that invigorate and empower the learner. They must have a working knowledge of adult learning, development process and collaboration best-practices, and be experienced in development and deployment applications (such as Articulate, Adobe Premier, PowerPoint and Slides).
This position offers a hybrid/WFH schedule.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of instructional design experience/curriculum and/or teaching/training and development experience. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. PremierPro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Learning Management System and eLearning authoring tool such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate and/or Lectora.
Additional Requirements:
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel off-site to other locations for meetings and presentations as needed.
Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use.
