The People & Diversity (P&D) team leads engagement related to attracting, retaining, rewarding, and ensuring equity and the wellbeing and development of our greatest asset, our people. Critical to the progress of Ceres’ mission, this team leads initiatives to curate a culture of inclusion and belonging while diligently attending to the workforce needs of Ceres.
About the Role
The Instructional Designer and Training Facilitator is an individual contributor role that highlights the skills of a true learning and development role. This person will be responsible for the development, implementation, and facilitation of learning materials identified in the organization’s learning strategy. The role will emphasize design and implementation of content relevant to leadership development, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and other learning and professional development topics. We are looking for a creative, people-centered, strategic learning and development professional with an equity and inclusion mindset and an interest in developing a feedback culture.
The Instructional Designer and Training Facilitator role is full-time and reports to the Director, People & Diversity. Candidates may work remotely but will occasionally be required to work in the Boston office and therefore should reside within a commutable distance to Ceres‘ Boston office for training facilitation other occasional needs. Candidate must be flexible to work with employees in all US time zones, but within standard work hours.

The hiring salary is $86,500 – $92,000 with competitive benefits.
