As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement and Training team to craft compelling and impactful training materials for internal onboarding, training, and enablement. Your proficiency in adult learning models (ADDIE, SAM, or others), positions you to develop highly effective training content. Drawing upon your expertise, you will recommend learning strategies to help produce diverse materials for both new and existing courses.

Your knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), particularly within our LMS, WorkRamp, will enable you to independently or collaboratively design training courses to ensure a seamless knowledge transfer, enhancing the overall experience for our valued employees and customers.

What you’ll do:

Content Development:

  • Design and create engaging sales training materials, including presentations, guides, and interactive modules.
  • Develop sales collateral, brochures, and other materials to support the sales team in client interactions.

Training Videos:

  • Produce and edit instructional videos to enhance the learning experience for our sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to script, storyboard, and create visually compelling training content.

Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Create and update content in our LMS, WorkRamp.
  • Ensure that sales training materials are accessible, organized, and aligned with business objectives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand key messaging and product updates.
  • Collaborate with sales trainers and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organization Development, Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a B2B sales or marketing environment.
  • Proficient using multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with the proven track record to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
