Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role you will contribute to the success of the leadership institute. You will develop instructional strategies, course materials and assessment techniques. You will ensure appropriate integration of instructional technologies to meet business goals. 

What you will do in this role:  

• You will consult with the team and stakeholders on instructional design and learning goals
• Design and produce learning materials in a variety of formats
• Research and recommend educational best practices, instructional resources and technologies
• Design, develop, and deliver workshops and training
• You will facilitate curriculum development sessions, documents findings, and write reports
• Evaluate curriculums to establish additional opportunities for refinement

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree
• Master’s Degree Preferred
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required
