Job Description

As a subject matter expert (SME), you will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise on a specific topic or field. Your responsibilities will include working with instructional designers to create and review course materials, delivering content to learners through various methods, and staying up-to-date with developments in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a content expert on a specific topic or field
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create and review course materials
• Deliver content to learners through lectures, workshops, or other methods
• Stay up-to-date with developments in your area of expertise and incorporate new information into course materials as needed
• Participate in the design and development of assessments and other evaluation tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials and instructional methods

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field
• Masters or Ph.D. preferred

Requirements

• Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field
• Extensive knowledge and experience in a specific topic or field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods
• Experience working with diverse groups of learners is a plus
