Job Description

As an LMS (Learning Management System) production specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective production and delivery of online courses and programs. Your duties will include uploading and organizing course materials, managing the course calendar, and providing technical support to instructors and learners.

Responsibilities

• Upload and organize course materials, including text, graphics, videos, and interactive elements, in the LMS
• Manage the course calendar, including scheduling and coordinating course start dates, deadlines, and other important dates
• Provide technical support to instructors and learners, including troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions about the LMS and course materials
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure the LMS meets the needs of the organization
• Stay up-to-date with updates and new features of the LMS}
• Create and maintain documentation for course production processes
• Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, or a related field

Requirements

• Experience with LMS software and course production processes
• Proficiency with instructional design principles and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
