Job Description

The Learning and Innovation Leader is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of learning and development initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in learning and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a vision and strategy for learning and development within the organization
  • Research and evaluate emerging trends and technologies in learning and development
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative learning and development programs
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align learning and development initiatives with business goals

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as education, human resources, or organizational development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in learning
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
