- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as statistics, data science, or education
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization software
- Experience with learning management systems and elearning a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
