Below, we describe your rights and responsibilities related to the services we provide. Please review these Terms carefully.
Before you hire or find a job on Teamed, you must register for an account (Account). When you create an Account you certify that the information you provide is accurate and true.
You agree to:
- comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, equal opportunity laws and regulatory requirements;
- use your real name on your profile and company information; and
- use the services in a professional manner.
You agree that you will not:
- act in an unlawful or unprofessional manner including being dishonest, abusive or discriminatory;
- misrepresent your identity, your current or previous positions, qualifications or affiliations with a person or entity;
- disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose;
- create or operate a pyramid scheme, fraud or other similar practice.
If we determine that the content you post is discriminatory, illegal, unethical, obscene, violent, threatening, defamatory or libellous, or abusive we will terminate your account immediately subject to the Termination terms listed below. Decisions about termination are made at our sole discretion.
If you breach the Terms, we may terminate your account or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, without limitation. All provisions of the Terms survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
That means you are subject to these terms even if we cancel your account.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”) including job postings, profiles, and portfolios. You are responsible and liable for the Content you post and will indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with your Content.
By posting on our site, you agree that the information posted is accurate and true. You will not share, use, or otherwise distribute content from our site except as permitted using the tools of our site.
Client Relations Contract
All clients for whom we provide staffing, hiring, or employer of record services must sign the Client Relations Contract. You are bound by the terms of this contract at all times while using our site.
You post jobs at your own risk. Although we vet candidates to the best of our ability, we bear no responsibility for the number or quality of candidates for any job posting.
As a job seeker using our site you agree to use Teamed as an intermediary between yourself and any client you meet on Teamed. If you attempt to circumvent the system, your account will be terminated immediately.
As an employer, you agree to abide by the rules and fee structure for hiring candidates viewed in the talent marketplace or provided via direct recruitment. If you attempt to circumvent the system, your account will be terminated immediately. Teamed retains our right to the candidate from first introduction through the last completed project for a period of two years.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
