Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of elearning materials and courses developed by the company. This includes reviewing and testing materials for technical accuracy, content clarity and effectiveness, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review and test eLearning materials for technical accuracy and content clarity
  • Identify and report defects and issues found during testing
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to resolve issues and improve materials
  • Ensure all materials meet industry standards and guidelines
  • Create and maintain quality assurance documentation
  • Participate in regular quality assurance meetings
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the elearning industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects
  • Experience with various elearning authoring tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies a plus
