Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our eLearning team. As the Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for developing multimedia elements for our online courses and educational materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia development and a passion for creating engaging and effective educational content. You should be highly skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and interactive design, and be comfortable working with a variety of multimedia tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia elements for eLearning courses and educational materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for use in eLearning materials
• Create animations and interactive elements using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Articulate Storyline
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure that all multimedia elements align with course objectives and learning outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning multimedia development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia development, instructional design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia development
• Strong portfolio showcasing your multimedia development skills
• Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and motion graphics tools, such as Adobe After Effects
• Experience with interactive design tools, such as Articulate Storyline, is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
