  • Professional certification or license numbers

If you choose to register on our Site using Third-Party Services such as Google, information, as available, from these sources will be carried over for your convenience in setting up your profile. All information collected from Third-Party Services will be displayed in the relevant profile fields where you can choose to keep, delete, or modify it. Teamed takes no responsibility for the data listed on Third-Party Services.

After you register, your username and select career information is visible to Teamed staff and may become visible to users when permission is granted for a specific purpose. This information includes your:

  • Resume
  • Ratings
  • And any other information you choose to add to your profile.

Should you ever deactivate your account, we keep your information on file to comply with regulatory requirements. We may retain personal information from closed accounts to:

  • comply with the law
  • prevent fraud
  • collect any fees owed
  • resolve disputes
  • troubleshoot problems
  • assist with any investigation
  • enforce our Site terms
  • take other actions permitted by law.

If at any time you would like us to delete your information, send an email to support@teamedforlearning.com. We will verify your identity and then delete your information in accordance with the law. 7. The legal basis for data collection by Teamed

Our legal basis for collecting your information relies on:

  • Consent
    • Teamed relies on your consent to store and process your information.
  • Compliance of a legal obligation
    • We may be required by law to retain business records for a fixed amount of time, or to use data to prevent fraud on our site. Your data may be collected and stored for these purposes.
  • Performance of a contract
    • If you enter into a contract with Teamed, will collect and store data necessary for the performance of our agreement with you.

 

8. Confidentiality

If you provide confidential information we will protect it with the same care that we protect our own. We will:

(a) not disclose or permit others to disclose your Confidential Information to anyone without first obtaining your express written consent;

Return

When your information is no longer needed for the delivery of Services we will destroy or return the information to you. We will also provide written certification of how your information has been returned or destroyed. Publication

Without limiting the Confidentiality section we will not publish, or cause to be published, your Confidential Information or Work Product, except as may be necessary for employer skill evaluation or performance of Services.

 

9. Sharing personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We may combine your personal information with information we collect automatically or obtain from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt-out through the link attached to each communication or by sending an email to support@teamedforlearning.com.

We may provide your personal details to third parties only in order to operate the Site and prevent fraud and illegal activities as detailed below:

(1) to service providers for the purpose of opening, operating and servicing your account (example – payment vendors, CRM systems, mailing systems or technical consultants);

We do not collect credit information; but allow our payment vendors to collect information for the purpose of collecting payments from buyers on the Site or transferring payments to sellers on the Site.
