Hundreds of people strong, with a substantial presence in five countries, the Global Ads P&E team is a dynamic and complex organization, operating across a broad spectrum of product and strategic domains.
We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced Training and Development Manager to develop and implement training strategy & programs for our global ads P&E organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced L&D professional, supportive people manager, strong multi-tasker, and skilled trainer. Applying your deep technical knowledge, thought leadership and collaborative know-how, you will develop high quality learning experiences for new hires as well as existing employees. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, requiring strong leadership as well as teamwork and collaboration.
Role and Responsibilities
A successful candidate should be innovative, creative and understand the dynamics and challenges of a global organization. Additionally, the individual must be skilled at developing courseware, have strong presentation skills and have proficiency in adult learning, creating high-level training courses that incorporate experiential learning activities to meet the needs of a varied audience.
This is a player/coach role that will lead the team while also being responsible and be hands-on for designing and implementing effective training programs.
The role will report into the Head of Global Product Operations for Samsung Ads in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation for this role is expected to be between $180,000 and $215,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
