Job Description Summary
The Talent and Organizational Development Consultant role is part of the Division of Human Resources Talent Management function, which is focused on enhancing and aligning existing and to-be-developed staff development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness activities with Penn’s competency model and the University’s mission. This role is responsible for training and consulting with staff and managers across the University, including the design, development, and implementation of learning programs and consulting solutions on a variety of professional development, DEIB, leadership, and organizational effectiveness topics. This work will typically require a needs assessment, literature review, the development of an effective methodology to address the need/problem, and follow-up measurement to ensure that the methodology/solution is working.
