Tasks Description: 

  • Create training content, activities, and exam questions for an e-commerce platform’s online certification program.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging learning content.
  • Collaborate with client’s subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and aligned with product launches and training objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Validate learning objectives and course outline with SME’s.
  • Use existing documentation and resources to write course content.
  • Interview subject matter experts to elaborate on context, examples, and any common mistakes to support course content.
  • Design activities to practice. 
  • Create scenario-based multiple choice questions to check for understanding and evaluate readiness to apply learning through an exam for certification.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of full stack and/or React-based web development
  • Background in teaching or instructional design

Hours per week & Rate: 

  • Variable based on phase of project; 5-25h/week
  • $75/hr
