Technical Curriculum Developer
Tasks Description:
- Create training content, activities, and exam questions for an e-commerce platform’s online certification program.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging learning content.
- Collaborate with client’s subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and aligned with product launches and training objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate learning objectives and course outline with SME’s.
- Use existing documentation and resources to write course content.
- Interview subject matter experts to elaborate on context, examples, and any common mistakes to support course content.
- Design activities to practice.
- Create scenario-based multiple choice questions to check for understanding and evaluate readiness to apply learning through an exam for certification.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of full stack and/or React-based web development
- Background in teaching or instructional design
Hours per week & Rate:
- Variable based on phase of project; 5-25h/week
- $75/hr
