About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant to support Learning and Development across a line(s) of business within the Early Careers team including but limited to Quantitative Analytics, Analytics & Data and Advance Analytics & Data.  This position is part of the Talent and Performance Management organization within Human Resources. 

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for the overall strategy, development and delivery of content and trainings to enhance skills through the life cycle of a program.
  • Support several early career programs including Quantitative Analytics, Analytics & Data and Advance Analytics & Data by overseeing and executing L&D initiatives, driving results for the business and HR. As part of this role, you will work as a liaison between learning and development, program managers and line of business partners supporting Early Careers Programs.
  • Contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables
  • Manage implementation of complex learning and development solutions on a wide range of management and business development topics for various learning audiences through in the moment consultation, facilitation, or coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness of business and managerial styles
  • Lead day to day project tasks and complex people development initiatives, managing implementation of development strategies and solutions
  • Apply knowledge of all aspects of learning and development across many business disciplines to leverage the interconnectivity of various learning solutions and demonstrate the business impact of recommended solutions
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
  • Consult with business leaders, human resources partners, instructional design team and management to develop an appropriate essential learning path to guide the development of an overarching learning plan that drives business unit performance

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing, partner, and negotiating with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Experience being responsible for the overall strategy, development and delivery of content and trainings to enhance skills through the life cycle of a program
  • Knowledge and/or experience with STEM
  • Experience supporting Quantitative Analytics programs
  • Data analysis to inform learning strategy focused on performance outcomes
  • Experience coaching and mentoring less experienced individuals
  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships including relationship management skills
  • Experience leading during times of ambiguity and change
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed above in a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • ​This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 – $149,400.00
