The Learning and Development Specialist works with the Learning & Development team to design and maintain curriculum, ensuring that existing and future training content directly supports global workforce learning needs. This position collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) from business lines, support divisions, and around the world to assess learning needs, design and implement content, and review learning outcomes. Focusing on human-centered design and translating business needs into scalable learning initiatives, the Specialist helps SMEs integrate e-learning into training initiatives to reach corporate and global staff, bolster learning objectives and evaluation, manage programmatic success across a breadth of learning initiatives, and facilitate learning sessions as needed. The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $68,560 – $85,700.
An employee’s pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
Overtime exemption status may change due to state regulatory requirements.
