Role Overview:
The Senior Training Specialist is a member of the Continuous Improvement Academy. This role will work closely with the Head of CI Academy, Change Agents, Change Leaders, Sustainability Leaders, Sr Sustainability Leaders, Continuous Improvement Leadership team, business partners, Sr Leaders, Managers, Directors and frontline colleagues. The Sr Training Specialist will ensure the effective delivery of Continuous Improvement curriculum to the CI Center and the business Lines we engage with. This role is also accountable for training material creation and updates, mentoring and coaching of newer members, and continuously striving for the best-in-class training program through proactive, impactful actions.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to facilitate training programs for our Continuous Improvement team as well as the business lines we engage with. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilitation, mentoring, content creation, and extensive knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles, tools and methodologies. In support of our Continuous Improvement Team the Sr Training Specialist will support the creation, planning and delivery of Change Agent bootcamps, Day of Development, best practice sharing, upskill training and refresher training. In support of the business lines we engage with the Sr Training Specialist will support the Change Team in creating, planning and delivering CI Orientation, Design, Implement and replication training events.
The Senior Training Specialist position requires an experienced professional with exceptional and proven communication skills, strong technical proficiency, and a dedication to continuous learning and development. The ideal candidate must be a leader in driving organizational change initiatives within our team, maintaining strong working relationships, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, inclusivity, and operational excellence within our organization.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $77,500-$132,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
