As a Design role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the flawless execution of our training programs. This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in the field of pharmaceutical training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customers to conduct training needs analysis and determine the best method for training execution.
  • Create training materials for various GxP (Good Practice) training programs, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with adult learning theory.
  • Apply your extensive instructional design experience to create high-quality training content that fulfills the requirements of our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with key individuals involved to effectively and efficiently implement training programs.
  • Evaluate current training programs for areas of improvement to streamline training and increase engagement.

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required.

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer.
  • Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the GxPs and regulations.
  • Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Articulate, and other relevant tools.

Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
  • This position has an estimated annual salary of 90,000- 144,900 USD$
  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
