The Product Manager: Learning Technology will be responsible for shaping business strategies and driving impact of Renuity’s Learning Management System (LMS).
The Learning Product Manager will work closely with other members of the Learning Development and Employee Experience Team to provide change management in implementing a new LMS, curating learning content, and creating cutting edge learning experiences for our employee base.
Part of that work will be centralizing compliance training and implementing learning automations across the organization. This will involve collaborating with business units and corporate functions to understand their specific needs and developing strategies to meet those needs effectively. They will also lean into learning technology projects as they arise, including but not limited to reporting, measurement, design, and implementation.
